The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching, training and other services provided by Chanti Coaching / Chantal Nomden (“the coach”), to any individual or organisation (“the client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Chanti Coaching for the client. The term ‘coaching’ as here used covers energywork, soulwork, kundalini bodywork, personal leadership coaching and training for clients and where applicable includes mentoring or supervision services provided for clients, coaches or others.
Agreements
Agreements between Coach and client on coaching package, payment, location, scheduling, frequency and duration are made during the intake session. The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Where any client is unhappy with any of the terms and conditions they can contact Chanti Coaching to discuss any concerns and see if they can be resolved before the first coaching session. Participation by any individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Session Fees
The current fees at Chanti Coaching are stipulated on the website and made clear at the time of booking. Rights are reserved to change these from time to time. Any payments for sessions paid in advance are honoured even if prices have risen between the point of booking and the time of session.
Location and Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled by the client and Chanti Coaching in consultation. In case of virtual sessions, a video call link is sent to the email address of the client before the session. The client can also reschedule or cancel the appointment in accordance with the section in these terms and conditions headed “Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy”.
Payment Terms
Fees can be paid by bank transfer. Receipts and/or invoices are available, and where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by email. Invoices are sent at the beginning of a coach trajectory and have to be paid within 14 days. When payment has not been received by Chanti Coaching within 14 days, Chanti Coaching is not obliged to provide the session. Single sessions can be paid afterwards with the Dutch transfer app: Tikkie. The client receives a reminder in case of a late payment. Where payment is required afterwards rather than in advance and the client has received two reminders, a charge may be levied for late payment.
Between Sessions
The Coach may assign the client tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the client to complete these items of ‘homework’, but not doing so may slow the client’s progress in gaining improved quality of life or achieving desired outcomes.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled until 24 hours before the start time of the session. If the client reschedules or cancels within 24 hours of our start time, the session will be charged. If the session is canceled within 24 hours before te start time of the session by Chanti Coaching, the client will receive a 1hr free extra session.
Confidentiality
Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission.
Early Termination
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Chanti Coaching can decide to terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Chanti Coaching where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
Responsibilities
Chanti Coaching will seek to enable the client to improve their quality of life or level of business success and to achieve their desired outcomes. Remarkable results can be achieved where clients show up to the coach sessions in a committed way. However, the client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their life or business. Chanti Coaching has no liability for any loss incurred by any client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in quality of life, career or business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals or health damages.
Variation of Terms & Conditions
Where an initial number of sessions is agreed, any changes to these terms and conditions intended to take effect prior to the conclusion of those initial number of sessions will only have effect if agreed by both the Coach and the client and confirmed by the Coach in writing by email, whatsapp or letter. In other cases, the Coach may change any of these terms or conditions including the per session fee by giving the client one week’s notice in writing by letter or e-mail of the change(s). If following receipt of such notification of change, the client no longer wishes to proceed with further coaching sessions, they may withdraw from the service immediately by giving notice in writing by email or letter and they will then be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid in advance for coaching sessions not yet provided. Such notice will be effective on receipt by Chanti Coaching.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless Chanti Coaching and the client agreed otherwise in writing, Chanti Coaching is and remains the full and exclusive rightful claimant with regard to the intellectual property rights vested in the materials of Chanti Coaching. Without prior consent of Chanti Coaching, the client is not allowed to make materials available for inspection, make public or reproduce in any way possible. Chanti Coaching reserves the right to use the work performed for the client for promotional purposes. If the client acts in violation of the intellectual property rights of Chanti Coaching, the client is liable for all damage that Chanti Coaching suffers as a result. It is not allowed to record image and/or sound of the session without prior permission from Chanti Coaching.
